What you get

All products in the shop are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped. After your payment goes through, you get a download link on the order page and by email.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled securely by PayPal, and I never see or store your card details.

How you can use the files

• You can download the files and print as many copies as you need for your own personal use.
• Please don't share, resell, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part.
• If you're a therapist, coach or teacher and want to use a printable with clients or a group, write to me first.

All content in the printables belongs to Upbeat Impulse and is protected by copyright.

Refunds

Because these are digital files that can't be returned once downloaded, sales are generally final. But I want you to be happy with what you bought, so write to me within 14 days of your purchase if:

• the file won't download or open,
• you were charged twice or bought the same product by mistake, or
• the product is very different from its description.

I'll fix the problem or refund your payment.

Download problems

If a link doesn't work, email me at sonja@upbeatimpulse.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and I'll send you the file.
